Called “A Vision for Addressing Climate Change,” the panel will include Energy and Environmental Affairs Secretary Ian Bowles; Dana DeCosta of Vectrix Corp., Howard Berke of Konarka Technologies; Alexander “Sandy” Taft, director of U.S. Climate Change Policy for National Grid; and Rev. Fred Small of the Religious Witness for the Earth. WBZ-TV meteorologist and UMass Lowell adjunct faculty Mish Michaels serves as moderator.
