Multimedia Classrooms

·         Media Services administers seven presentation classrooms in O'Leary and Lydon Libraries designed for teaching with technology.  These classrooms range in size from an intimate setting for fifteen to an auditorium capable of seating two hundred.  All rooms may be used by any group for purposes involving the use of media of any kind. University academic instruction receives first priority.

·         All media rooms are staffed. Media Services staff is happy to assist in any way and will set-up all equipment prior to class start time.

·         Media classrooms are equipped with the following:

o        TV or video/computer LCD projector

o        VCR

o        T1 wireless Internet access

o        Screen

o        Built-in sound system

o        Whiteboard

·         A wide array of other A/V and computer technology is also available for use in the rooms by request. Two small preview rooms are also available on UML South only!
