When material is not available in the UML libraries or in our full text databases, UML faculty, staff and students may request it from another library. Use the Virtual Catalogs to locate and request books. If the desired book is not listed in either Virtual Catalog, the item may be requested through ILLiad, the Libraries' Interlibrary Loan request system, but Virtual Catalog service is generally faster. The University Libraries offer our users two Virtual Catalogs from which to choose, The Boston Library Consortium Virtual Catalog and The Massachusetts Virtual Catalog.
