Biosketch

As a member of the Information Technology Help Center and Desktop Support group, Dan’s role is to deliver technical support and assistance to the campus community and provide resolutions for a wide variety of hardware, software, and computer configuration issues via phone, virtual remote assistance, or physical site visits. Dan’s duties also include the diagnoses and repair of approved faculty/staff hardware (i.e. Windows and Apple computers, iOS devices, notebook computers, printers, tablets, smart phones, etc.), and installation and troubleshooting of UMass Lowell site licensed software applications and operating systems including Microsoft, Apple, Adobe, McAfee, PeopleSoft, etc.
