Director, Administrative Systems Integration
Richard Conley, the Director of the Administrative Systems Integration, manages a team of four professionals who support projects, operations, and security for many academic and administrative software applications. His team works extensively with campus business owners to provide assistance to software implementations, integrations, upgrades, and service enhancements. Services include a combination of project management, change management, training, end user support, and security administration.
Richard participates on a number of campus and university-wide committees and workgroups which support the governance and strategic planning for major University systems including PeopleSoft for Student Administration, Human Resources, and Finance; Document Imaging; Identity Management; and Business Intelligence.
Richard has been employed at UMass Lowell for over 20 years and has worked in various leadership positions within Undergraduate Admissions, Human Resources, and Information Technology.
A double alumnus of UMass Lowell, Richard has an undergraduate degree in Industrial Technology from the James B. Francis College of Engineering and a master’s degree from the School of Education.
Richard and his family reside in Lowell.
