Normal office hours: 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
After hours: Documents may be left in the drop-off box located near the main office door. 

Advising Hours

Students and Scholars may visit in person or call the main office number during the times listed below for expedited assistance with questions regarding travel, employment authorization, immigration status, academic concerns, or other issues.

Drop-in/Call-in Advising Hours: 
Location: Dugan Hall, Room 203, South Campus 
Mondays & Tuesdays: 2 - 4 p.m. 
Wednesdays: 10 a.m. - 12 p.m.

Monday
2-3 p.m. - Group work information session only. The first hour is for work authorization questions ONLY.
3-4 p.m. - General drop-ins. General questions will be answered. The second hour is not for work related inquiries. 


Tuesday 
2-3 p.m. - Group work information session only. The first hour is for work authorization questions ONLY.

Wednesday
10-11 a.m. - Group work information session only. The first hour is for work authorization questions ONLY.
11 a.m.-12 p.m. - General drop-ins. General questions will be answered. The second hour is not for work related inquiries. 


When coming in for CPT, OPT or any work authorization questions please arrive at the beginning of the session. The group work information sessions will start promptly at the times listed above.
