Lanza, M.L., Associate Chief, Nursing Service for Research at Bedford VAMC in Bedford, MA, is P.I. on another project of Violence Prevention Community Meeting (VPCM) funded by the VA Central Office and the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH). This research aims to reduce patient violence against psychiatric nurses through implementation of an innovative treatment program– The Violence Prevention Community Meeting (VPCM).
