Nearly a decade ago, Gallup unveiled the results of a landmark 30-year research project that ignited a global conversation on the topic of strengths. This research proved that great organizations recognize that each employee is different, and it capitalizes on these differences. More than 3 million people have since taken Gallup's StrengthsFinder Assessment, which forms the core of several books on this topic. With strategies for applying your strengths, StrengthsFinder 2.0 will change the way you look at yourself, your colleagues, and the unique contributions employees can make to building a strengths culture at work. Note: All participants will need to complete the on-line survey before the session and bring their completed profile to this workshop. Once your registration is confirmed, you will receive the information for the on-line survey by email. Objectives of this workshop are: describe and interpret signature strengths as indicated in the StrengthsFinder on-line survey; discover strategies for using strengths for excellence in personal performance with current job responsibilities; apply this information to identify strengths in others; and identify how to improve business outcomes through group application of strengths.WAN-305;3/31/2015 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
