The Graduate Student Association

The Graduate Student Association (GSA) is dedicated to enhancing the social, academic and professional development of graduate students at UMass Lowell. Our goal is to reach out to the entire graduate student body through programs and support to create a forum for students and promote a positive environment for personal, professional and academic achievement. We encourage all graduate students to attend meetings, participate in discussions and bring forth issues, but note that only senators from the GSOs may vote.

Club Registration forms were due by 5 p.m. on Sept. 25, 2015 to the GSA Adviser's Office in Cumnock Hall Suite 110.

PDA Committee Deadlines for Fall 2015.

  • Friday, Oct. 23 by 5 p.m.
  • Friday, Nov. 27 by 5 p.m.
  • Friday, Dec. 11 by 5 p.m.

Note: Liability waivers and travel authorization forms MUST be submitted to Debbie White, GSA Adviser, prior to travel. Ms. White's office is located on the North Campus, Cumnock Hall, Suite 110 

PDA Committee Meetings for  2015 - 2016 (applications are due three business days prior to committee meetings)


GRGA Application Deadlines-

  • Fall 2015 applications are due by 5 p.m. on Monday, November 23, 2015
  • Spring 2016 applications are due by 5 p.m. on Monday, March 28, 2016.

*PDA and GRGA Applications should be submitted to the respective Committee Chairperson.
