Biosketch
Gary Lyn is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at the University of Massachusetts Lowell. His current research in international trade includes industrial policy and issues pertaining to the gains from trade in the presence of external economies of scale. His research in international migration examines the welfare implications of skilled emigration for a developing country.
