Integrating Crime Victims' Issues into Curricula

REQUEST FOR FACULTY PROPOSALS TO INTEGRATE CRIME VICTIMS’ ISSUES INTO UNIVERSITY AND COLLEGE COURSES

University of Massachusetts Lowell is seeking applications from faculty to partner with our Office for Victims of Crime (OVC) funded project. Faculty selected under this solicitation will help further test the usability of the project’s curriculum materials by using, adapting, and extending existing curriculum materials in undergraduate or graduate level courses or internships. These materials have been designed to integrate crime victims’ issues into existing college and university courses in order to achieve the project goals of increasing the numbers of students exposed to information about crime victims and interested in working with crime victims, and thereby improve the future provision of services to crime victims.
