Talk to a Pre-Law Adviser

UMass Lowell offers specialized advising for students who are interested in law school. Students who are considering a career in law are encouraged to work with the Pre-Law Adviser in addition to working with an adviser in their major. Students are strongly encouraged to contact the Pre-Law Adviser as soon as they develop an interest in law school.

The Pre-Law Adviser provides information and guidance on:

  • Deciding whether law school is the right choice
  • planning a course of study
  • Securing an internship
  • Law school selection
  • Preparing for the LSAT
  • Applying to law school
