Biosketch
Bowa G. Tucker got his Doctoral Degree in Education from Graduate College of Education at the University of Massachusetts Boston. He has over ten years of experience in project management and facilitation. His current responsibilities include developing and implementing processes for linking students in both the Gaining Early Awareness and Readiness for Undergraduate Program (GEAR UP) and other citywide programs aimed at increasing academic achievement and access to post secondary education for underrepresented students.
