“Top Girls” a play by Caryl Churchill, is a hilarious and moving play about women and success that confronts the cultural politics of feminism and business, taking us from drunken fantasy to real-world competition to the hard choices that women make to get ahead.

Teaching Workshop: The 100th Anniversary of the Bread and Roses Strike – Bringing it into the Classroom

Come learn about the new minor program in Work, Labor and Society and our efforts to create a web-based resource center for classroom use that will include a rich collection of primary source materials from the strike, including maps, photographs, survey data, and oral histories.
Hear from Prof. Bob Forrant in the History Department and get ideas and resources to integrate the anniversary of the strike into your classes.
