Biosketch
Tom is affiliated with the Department of Veterans Affairs National Center on Homelessness Among Veterans, where his recent work has focused on homelessness among veterans. He also recently co-authored a study examining the criminal justice and other young adult outcomes of youth who aged out of the child welfare and juvenile justice systems in Los Angeles County and is conducting ongoing work in this area.
