Professional/Student Organizations
Membership in a professional organization is an important component of your professional life and continuing education. Most professional organizations also have student chapters.
Professional Engineer Registration
The first step to register as a professional engineer is to take the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam. It is advisable to take this exam within a couple of years of graduation - while the material is still fresh in your head. The ME department and the Francis College of Engineering will pay 75% of the application fee. See Jackie Paradise for details.
