The subcommittee it is composed of members from throughout the greater university community including, student groups, Dining Services, Administration, University Relations, Environmental and Emergency Management, Student Activities, Residence Life, Facilities, Casella Waste Solutions and the City of Lowell. A list of members is provided below.

The group typically meets twice a month, every other Thursday.

In April 2014, the subcommittee joined forces with the Student Life CAP Subcommittee because both groups were working on very similar initiatives. Sitting at the same table and working together has proved to strengthen the number of accomplishments of both committees.
