Cheryl G. Najarian, Ph.D.
Taking an interdisciplinary approach to the topic of women and work, drawing upon the fields of sociology, disability studies and gender studies.
Dr. Najarian is a faculty associate in the Center for Women and Work. She recently completed a study where she conducted life history interviews with deaf women about their family, education and work experiences. She also is on the Gender Studies Steering Committee.
