Coalition for a Better Acre
The Coalition for a Better Acre (CBA) is a membership-based community development corporation dedicated to resident empowerment and sustainable community revitalization for current and future residents of Lowell.
Community Teamwork
Community Teamwork, Inc. (CTI) is a private, non-profit Community Action Agency and a regional non-profit housing agency offering an array of housing opportunities and supportive services to low-income families.
House of Hope
House of Hope is a non-profit organization that provides shelter housing for homeless families in Lowell, while it operates a small apartment complex, a health services facility and a community center in Lowell. It provides planning assistance, emergency food and shelter, health services, mental health and substance abuse programming and counseling.
Lowell Housing Authority
The Lowell Housing Authority (LHA) secures public and private sector funds to develop, manage and administer affordable housing programs for the City's elderly, near elderly (over 50 years of age), low to moderate-income families and individuals with disabilities.
Lawrence Community Works
Lawrence Community Works (LCW) is “a non-profit community development corporation working to transform and revitalize the physical, economic and social landscape of Lawrence." It works with residents and stakeholders on building family and community assets by providing real estate assistance, leadership development and youth services.
Merrimack Valley Housing Partnership
The Merrimack Valley Housing Partnership (MVHP) focuses its services – which include down payment assistance and first-time home buyer training programs – in the Greater Lowell community.
