Teaching Responsibilities: Entry-level Doctor of Physical Therapy Program; physical therapy interventions I lab, gross anatomy lab, and clinical education seminars I & II.
Bio Sketch
Dr. Hallbourg completed his undergraduate, as well as his master of science in physical therapy, degree at the University of Massachusetts Lowell. His clinical work has predominantly focused in the area of rehabilitation and geriatric medicine. Following several years as a clinician, clinical instructor, and center coordinator of clinical education with the Department of Veterans Affairs, Mr. Hallbourg joined the department of physical therapy in July of 2004 to primarily serve as the Academic Coordinator of Clinical Education.
Dr. Hallbourg is involved in the university community serving as a member of the Honors Council. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, geriatrics and education sections.
