Ph.D. in Marketing, University of Cincinnati

Scholarly Interests

Dr. Comm has written numerous articles on the marketing of services, with particular emphasis on higher education and the airline industry. Her more recent research focuses on marketing as it pertains to lean sustainability.

Bio Sketch

Clare Comm is a professor of management in the department’s Marketing Group. Before joining UML, she taught at Babson College, the Radcliffe Seminars Program and the University of Indonesia for M.I.T.'s Flight Transportation Laboratory.
