Please see the Online Academic Catalog for general information about graduate certificates.

The increasing importance of stress-related problems in the workplace is indicated by the rapidly rising levels of Worker’s Compensation cases with job stress components. Job stress risks and their sources in the changing organization of work activity are also sufficiently important to have gained recognition in the U.S. media. Identification of hazards builds on multi-disciplinary understanding of the stress development process at the workplace. Prevention techniques include monitoring strategies, training, communication strategies, and redesign of the organization and technical aspects of work processes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in the social sciences, health sciences, health and managerial professions, natural sciences, or engineering; significant work experience.
