Professor Hargreaves-Heald holds a J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law.

Dr. Hargreaves-Heald's published research includes articles on NLRB required disclosure of financial information during collective bargaining, antitrust issues raised by contracts common to the healthcare industry, legislative responses to medical malpractice trends, and a study of the types of law courses taught in AACSB accredited schools.

Brooke D. Hargreaves-Heald is an associate professor of management in the department’s Management Group. She has received the William E. Haskell, Jr. Distinguished Teacher Award, the Department of Management Teaching Award, and the UML Student Government Excellence in Teaching Award. She is a member of the Academy of Management and the Massachusetts Bar.
