
The management concentration focuses on the development of knowledge and skills applicable to professional positions in any functional area of management.
Course Work
Freshmen and sophomores take Precalculus (algebra), Management Calculus, College Writing 1 and 2, Financial and Managerial Accounting, Micro and Macro Economics, Statistics, Operations Analysis, and Marketing Principles, plus nine General Education requirements. Junior and senior students study Business Finance, Operations Management, Management Information systems, Organizational Behavior, Human Resources Management, Leadership Processes, Contemporary Management Development, Negotiation Strategies and Processes, Strategic Management, three College of Management electives, and any remaining requirements in General Education.
