American Red Cross Lifeguard Re-Certification Class
Campus Recreation hosts American Red Cross Lifeguard Recertification Classes each spring. This class will be held at the Costello Pool located on UMass Lowell's North Campus, 275 Riverside St.
Lifeguard Training & Review (Re-Certification)
Course Description:
This course aims to help participants achieve re-certification in Lifeguard Training without having to take the full content course. Class is approximately 15 hours. Upon completion of course requirements, participants would receive a two-year CPR/AED for the professional rescuer & a two-year lifeguarding/first aid certification from the American Red Cross.
Prerequisites:
To be eligible to participate in the lifeguarding review and challenge course, participants must be at least 15 years old, have successfully completed an American Red Cross Lifeguarding course within the last four years and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer within the last two years. Cards must be presented at start of course.

Spring 2013 Course Dates:
March 18 - 21 & March 25 from 5-8 p.m. @ Costello Pool. Campus Recreation offers one re-certification class each year in the spring. If you are looking for a class during a different time of year, please view all lifeguard classes offered by the
American Red Cross.
Registration Fees:
$175/person (includes cost of lifeguard manual and CPR mask). NOTE: The CRC does not give refunds after classes have begun!
