There will be no classes on Monday, May 27 for Memorial Day, Thursday July 4 for Independence Day or the weeks of August 5 - 8 or August 12 - 15 while the wood floors are being refinished.
Campus Recreation members have unlimited access to Group Fitness classes that are offered each semester & during the summer, however it is recommended not to take more than two classes per day.
All
fitness levels are encouraged to participate. Please refer to the
class descriptions
to determine appropriate classes for your fitness level.
Class sizes are determined by equipment use and studio space. Admittance to a class is on a first-come/first-served basis.
Please arrive at least five minutes prior to the start of class. Spin class participants must get a spin bike ticket at the Welcome Desk to reserve a bike. Tickets can be retrieved up to 30 minutes before the start of each spin class. Tickets must be handed back to instructor at start of class.
