  • There will be no classes on Monday, May 27 for Memorial Day, Thursday July 4 for Independence Day or the weeks of August 5 - 8 or August 12 - 15 while the wood floors are being refinished.
  • Campus Recreation members have unlimited access to Group Fitness classes that are offered each semester & during the summer, however it is recommended not to take more than two classes per day.
  • All fitness levels are encouraged to participate. Please refer to the class descriptions to determine appropriate classes for your fitness level.
  • Class sizes are determined by equipment use and studio space. Admittance to a class is on a first-come/first-served basis. 
  • Please arrive at least five minutes prior to the start of class.  Spin class participants must get a spin bike ticket at the Welcome Desk to reserve a bike. Tickets can be retrieved up to 30 minutes before the start of each spin class.  Tickets must be handed back to instructor at start of class.
  • Sign up for the Group Fitness E-mail List . You will be notified of changes in schedules, upcoming classes, and important news about the group fitness program. All you need to do is send an e-mail saying you want to join!
