In May, Robert and Donna Manning, both UMass Lowell alumni, made a multimillion-dollar commitment that will create more than $5 million in endowment to support ongoing initiatives for the new "Manning School."

New Name for College of Management

Meet a student who has benefited from the generosity of alumni and donors like you: Anthony Phamduy ’14. "I had been feeling stressed and was thinking about dropping out of school. Getting financial assistance motivated me to keep going. I would like to go to medical school, study optometry and hopefully open my own clinic. Then I hope that I am in the position to give back to UMass Lowell and financially assist other students like me."
