Financial Aid Refunds
It is the policy of UMass Lowell to return all verified credit balances to students each semester. If your financial aid is in excess of your invoice, refund checks are generally available mid-October for the fall semester and late February for the spring semester. Check the Connector (school newspaper) for financial aid disbursement dates. These dates only apply to students who have completed all their financial aid paperwork and have signed and returned an award letter. Refunds are contingent upon receipt of financial aid funds by the University.
