The Procurement Department ensures that its customers receive supplies, services, and equipment of appropriate quality in a timely manner. All products and services at the best possible prices. Reviews of all purchase orders are available. We also conduct public bids, process labor and material construction and service contracts, maintain an inventory of all campus equipment, manage the Procard program, process invoices for payment, build & maintain vendor relationships, provide facilitation of quality change efforts, and serve as a liaison to the other four UMass campuses, President's Office and other state agencies and educational institutions.
